Our Services

We believe that the family is vital to personal development. Therefore, we provide quality social and educational services to children, elderly and their families through our 10 units.

Elderly Services

 In November 1994, the Association opened Watt Pak U Memorial Social Centre for the Elderly”. In October 2014, it was upgraded to a Neighborhood Elderly Centre, namely NTWJWASSDL Pak U Neighborhood Elderly Centre


Community Care Services

We are a recognised service provider under the“Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly” of the Social Welfare Department since July 2020. 


Early Childhood Education Services

Throughout the New Territories, we operate five nursery schools and one kindergarten, serving more than 700 children aged two to six years old as well as providing workshops and seminars to their parents.


Primary Education Services

We have provided primary education services for more than 40 years in the Tai Po district. Our two primary schools fall within the 84th school net and serve more than 1,000 students.
